Tenants shall use their premises in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the policies set forth by Eastgate. Tenants are responsible for maintaining their premises in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

3. Maintenance and Repairs

3.1. Maintenance Tickets

Tenants are required to report any maintenance issues or needed repairs through the Maintenance Ticket system available on the Site. This system ensures that all requests are documented and addressed in a timely manner.

3.2. Reporting Issues

To report a maintenance issue, tenants must log into the Site, navigate to the Maintenance Ticket section, and provide detailed information about the issue. Eastgate’s maintenance team will review and prioritize the requests based on urgency and impact.

3.3. Response Time

Eastgate aims to respond to all maintenance requests within 48 hours. However, response times may vary depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Data Collection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
